金瓜發糕
金瓜发糕
自发面粉300g,
幼糖130g,
金瓜泥100g(金瓜蒸熟压成泥),
发粉1茶匙
水200克,
牛油2汤匙
将全部材料混合搅拌均匀,倒入铺纸的模里九分满,锅里的水要滚的,大火蒸15~20分钟….
